BMW M57 TU2 Wide Block to Nissan Patrol 2.8TD Custom-Made Flywheel

Custom CNC-machined flywheel designed for converting a BMW M57 TU2 Wide Block (Lift) engine to work with a Nissan Patrol 2.8 TD gearbox.

Designed for use with a 240 mm clutch setup.

Our flywheels are engineered using precision measuring equipment and CNC machining technology, ensuring accurate dimensions and precise fitment between the engine and gearbox.

Manufactured from extra strong steel, the flywheel is CNC-machined to achieve the required accuracy and alignment for reliable installation.

Kit Includes

• Phosphor bronze pilot bearing/bush

• Steel locating pins

This combination allows the use of the Nissan Patrol clutch assembly while retaining the original BMW starter ring gear.

BMW M57 – Pre-Lift or Lift?

Not sure whether your engine is the “pre-lift” or “lift” version?

No problem. Check the final image in the listing and measure the distance between the two indicated locating pins. This measurement will allow you to identify which version of the M57 engine you have.
