BMW M57 TU2 Wide Block to Nissan Navara D40 2005-2010/Pathfinder R51 Adapter Plate

Description

Adapter plate designed to convert the BMW M57 TU2 Wide Block engine (Lift version) to the manual gearbox used in the Nissan Navara D40 2.5 DCI and Nissan Pathfinder R51 2.5 DCI.

Manufactured from high-grade 12 mm thick steel, the adapter provides excellent rigidity and stability between the engine and gearbox. The design was developed using CAD/CAM software and manufactured using precision CNC machining, ensuring high dimensional accuracy, precise fitment and correct alignment of the complete drivetrain.

Identifying your engine version

Not sure whether you have the “Pre-Lift” or “Lift” version of the engine?

The last photo shows the key reference points that allow you to easily identify the correct engine version. Simply measure the distance between the indicated locating dowels and compare it with the measurement shown in the photo. This will allow you to determine the correct adapter plate for your engine.
