Description
Custom flywheel designed to connect the BMW M57 TU1 narrow bellhousing (pre-lift) to a Nissan Patrol ZD30/TD42 manual gearbox.
Designed using CAD/CAM software and CNC-machined from high-grade steel.
The construction ensures precise engine-to-gearbox alignment and correct positioning of the clutch assembly and starter system.
Designed for demanding off-road and motorsport applications.
Compatible with the original Nissan 275 mm clutch pressure plate.
The kit includes:
- Custom flywheel
- Phosphor bronze pilot bushing
- Steel dowel pins
Clutch compatibility:
Nissan Patrol ZD30 or TD42 clutch pressure plate and clutch disc, together with the BMW starter ring.
Not sure whether your engine is the “pre-lift” or “lift” version? No problem. Check the last photo and measure the distance between the two locating dowel pins — this will tell you which version you have.
